Born in 1997, Friulan by birth, he starts his professional path in hospitality’s world very soon due to the family’s business, a small family run inn in the heart of Treviso.
He attends the Enological School in Conegliano that form him with the basics of viticulture, combining them with the visceral love for wine narration and hospitality.
He continues his studies becoming Master Sommelier ALMA, Professional Sommelier and Official Taster within Italian Sommelier Association.
After an experience as Head Sommelier at Ristorante Natura in Iseo Lake, he moves towards the 3 Michelin Stars Restaurant Piazza Duomo in Alba, a brief experience that marks him deeply and makes him fall in love with the haute cousine.
Returned to his homeland, he runs the dining room and supports passionately Nicola with wine selection, he firmly believes in a tailor made service for each customer using hospitality, courses and wine as elements of communication and for conveting emotions and ideas.
