His love for wine, especially the natural style, comes from a huge passion for the fine cusine.
You can easily see him asking curiosity about the dishes, spying the chefs techniques, and tasting the garnish pretending not to be seen. Nicola always worked in high standard environment and he believes every single detail is important to give a full sensory experience to our customers.
