Born in Caracas in 1990 and grew up in the north-0est of Italy.
Graduated from the hospitality and hotel management school, ISIS Bonaldo Stringher (Udin), he then leave the country, spending a little time in Paris before moving to London. Here he build his experience and knowledge inside Michelin starred restaurants Kitchen Table @ Bubbledogs of James Knappett and Sandia Chang, as Head Waiter, and The Clove Club of Isaac McHale as Restaurant Manager.
At the same time deepens his wine knowledge, obtaining the 3rd level WSET.
Individuated Feva as a restaurant in which he could truly express himself, eventually decides to return to Italy.
Leonardo believes that the best service starts from the concept of “hospitality”, a careful and nurturing attention towards every single guest, which can be transformed, in synergy with the kitchen, into a unique and memorable dining experience.
