Of French origins, born in Périgueux in 1980, she is the personification of the elegance in the dining hall.
After qualifying in Souillac at the "Professional Gymansium for hospitality", Elodie undertakes the profession within high restoration.
She works for a year as demi chef de rang at Michel Roux Jr's Gavroche, with her most imporant mentor, Mr Silvano Geraldin, from whom she learned the art of serving at the table.
She then continues her working experience as chef de rang in London with the consulting of Gordon Ramsay at the restaurant "Connaught".
After that she flies in the French Riviera as chef de rang at the restaurant "Chateaux de la Chevre D'Or" in Eze Village, a spectacular restaurant in a little medieval town on the top of a 1500m high hill with a fantastic view of the sea.
She then moves to Spain, in the little and elegant restaurant of "Flor de Lis" in the town center of Roses, where she is assigned the direction of the dining hall.
In 2007 she settles in Italy as chef de range and in charge of some restaurants in the province of Treviso.
She has attended the three levels of the "Associazione Italiana Sommelier" (Italian association for sommeliers).
